Franceska Banushi owner of Athena’s Gyro House was born in Fier, Albania with her family in pursue of the American Dream. Coming from overseas, Franceska's family worked hard to open restaurants where they could share their traditional foods and recipes. Franceska grew up following her family traditions and worked hard to open a restaurant of her own Athenas Gyro House. Franceska's goal is to keep providing excellent customer service, quality products, and keep sharing the mouthwatering Mediterranean foods that her family had passed on through generations such as gyros, kebabs, house made soups, and traditional desserts. Franceska’s courage to start a restaurant is admired by her friends, family, husband and daughters as they fully support her in her journey to succeed in the restaurant business.
